So because a few of them may have murdered civilians, it just absolutely must mean that every single PSC out in the world is an evil monster? How about instead of labeling them all, let’s just punish the ones responsible?
If you’re driving along in a car with 3 of your friends, and one of them flips another driver the bird, does that make every person, including you, in that car an asshole?
